How do I qualify for the welcome bonus?

Do I need a Qantas Business Rewards membership?
Yes. Points are earned by your business through Qantas Business Rewards. The $89.50 join fee (including GST) is waived for Chatti customers.
When are points credited?
Points are credited within 60 days of your prepaid purchase or invoice date.
Can individuals earn points on their own Frequent Flyer account?
Points are earned by the business through Qantas Business Rewards. The business can then use them for flights, upgrades and rewards.
Qantas Points offer terms
- A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards member to earn Qantas Points for business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for Chatti customers.
- Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for business are offered under the Chatti Terms and Conditions.
- Chatti customers will earn up to 10 Qantas Points per $1 spent on Eligible Products. Eligible Products are SMS, Voice, Messaging, Verification, Web/AI/Bot Chat, Email, Digital Marketing and Video API plans.
- Qantas Business Rewards members that sign up to an eligible product and spend $1,000 in the first 90 days will receive 25,000 bonus Qantas Points.
- Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under these offers must be made directly to Chatti.
- Qantas Points will be credited to the member's Business Rewards account within 60 days of prepaid credit purchase date or invoice date for post-paid accounts.
