Pricing questions
Are there any set-up or monthly fees?
Not for SMS, MMS or email. You only pay for what you send. Optional extras such as a dedicated number or shortcode, and some channels such as WhatsApp, carry a monthly or set-up fee, shown in the pricing table.
Can I see prices in my own currency?
Yes. Choose your country at the top of the pricing table to see indicative prices in your currency. Accounts are billed in Australian dollars, and our team can quote local pricing for other markets.
Do prepaid credits expire?
No. Prepaid credits never expire.
Do you offer postpaid plans?
Yes. Approved businesses can send as required and be invoiced at the end of the month.
Can multiple users access the account?
Yes. Add as many users as you need and control what each one can see and do.
How many characters can I send in one SMS?
160 characters per SMS part. Longer messages are split into parts, and each part is charged as one SMS. Emoji reduce a part to 70 characters.
